About The Position
We are a faith-based half-day preschool located in the South Park area of Charlotte, seeking a floater for three days a week for our school year, which runs from August through May. Previous experience is appreciated, but we are willing to train those who love working with children. We offer a great work environment, paid holidays, teacher work days, and low student-to-teacher ratios.

Responsibilities
- Support classes ranging from toddlers to five year olds
- Assist teachers with transitions and provide breaks throughout the day (bathroom, lunch, etc.)
- Work with children in groups or one-on-one, depending on the needs of children and the subject matter
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with fellow staff, parents, and administration
