About The Position

CMCH Preschool is a Jewish nonprofit private school serving children ages 18 months through Kindergarten. We are a warm, vibrant Jewish educational community designed to foster curiosity, joy, and a lifelong love of learning. At CMCH, we prioritize creating a happy, supportive workplace. We believe that when teachers and staff feel valued, connected, and excited to come to work, that positivity is reflected directly in the children. We intentionally cultivate camaraderie, friendship, and teamwork, creating a true home away from home for both staff and families. If you are looking for meaningful work in a warm environment where no two days look exactly the same, CMCH may be the perfect fit. We are seeking a full-time Floater Teacher who is flexible, adaptable, energetic, and enjoys working with children across a variety of ages and classrooms. The ideal candidate brings an upbeat, positive, can-do attitude, enjoys helping wherever needed, and thrives in an environment where every day looks a little different. This position supports children ages 18 months through 6 years old, stepping into classrooms as needed, assisting teachers, supporting transitions, and helping maintain a smooth, joyful, and engaging school day. A floater is often one of the most recognized and beloved staff members in the building. You become a familiar face throughout the school, build relationships with every class, and have the opportunity to impact the entire school community.
