About The Position
Ardent Preschool is an award-winning preschool and daycare serving families across Birmingham and Huntsville. They are looking for a Preschool/Daycare Teacher to join their enthusiastic, creative, loving, and hardworking team. The mission is to pursue excellence in all areas to create a childcare experience that families truly value. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with specific part-time schedules including Monday-Friday from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM or Monday-Friday from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Flexible scheduling may be available based on classroom needs and availability.
Requirements
- Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred
- Passion for early childhood education

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate lessons and engaging activities
- Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
