About The Position

Learning Links Preschool, of AbilityPath, is hiring a Preschool Coordinator. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Learning Links preschool program. The Preschool Coordinator partners closely with the Site Supervisor/Director to ensure smooth program operations, family support, enrollment coordination, and compliance within a collaborative, inclusive early childhood environment. The position is full-time, Monday – Friday, with 8 work hours per day between 8 am – 6 pm, located in Palo Alto. Learning Links is part of AbilityPath, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting people of all abilities, offering expert, personalized support in a welcoming environment.

Requirements

Experience teaching children ages 2-5 years old
Associate or bachelor’s degree, or working towards completion
Valid California Driver’s License/ID
Proof of negative TB test results
Verification of occupational physical clearance
Pass a criminal fingerprint clearance
18 years of age or job permit clearance

Nice To Haves

12+ core ECE units as per Title 22 requirements preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Support daily preschool operations, enrollment, and front desk coordination
Partner with families by responding to inquiries and providing program support
Maintain child records, enrollment systems, and licensing compliance documentation
Assist with staff scheduling, classroom support, and teacher coverage as needed
Help support a positive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment for children and families
Inspire children through purposeful play and engaging activities
Foster social-emotional growth, independence, and real-world readiness
Communicate openly with families and your team
Document and celebrate each child’s progress
Contribute your ideas and energy to a dynamic, supportive environment
