About The Position

Montgomery College is seeking a Temporary Preschool Classroom Aide to support classrooms in alignment with CDC/MSDE Covid-19 health and safety guidelines and recommendations. This role involves assisting teachers with instruction and providing classroom coverage. The position requires availability for opening and/or closing shifts three to four times per week. Requirements

• One year of experience working with children ages three to five in a licensed childcare program.
• Successful completion of a background check at the time of hire.
• Degree verification (if applicable) at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing patterns outlined by MSDE.
• Support classrooms in alignment with CDC/MSDE Covid-19 health and safety guidelines and recommendations.
• Assist teachers with instruction.
• Provide classroom coverage.
• Be available to work opening and/or closing shifts three to four times per week.
