Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience caring for or working with young children preferred.
  • Most importantly, you're passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom activities, behavior support, and daily operations.
  • Partner with families through communication, conferences, and home visits.
  • Promote children's health, safety, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support school readiness goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Every day, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families in your community.
  • This role is active and hands-on, supporting young children throughout the day.
