About The Position

This is a senior leadership role for The Learning Experience, designed for a dedicated educational professional to manage daily operations and foster a "happy happens here" environment. This role includes competitive compensation ($90,000–$120,000) and comprehensive benefits for a qualified candidate holding a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field and necessary state certifications (S95, FO7, FOOD HANDLER). At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
State-specific administrative/director credentials (S95, FO7, FOOD HANDLER).
Previous daycare/preschool management experience, preferably 2+ years.

Responsibilities

Lead by example with passion, creating an inclusive and trusting environment.
Ensure the center adheres to all health and safety, local, and state licensing regulations.
Recruit, train, coach, and engage a high-quality team of educators.
Guide teachers in delivering the proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum, using interactive characters.
Drive enrollment growth, family retention, and efficient operations (e.g., managing P&L, payroll).
