Requirements

High School Diploma/equivalent
Previous experience with children 1+ years
Able to pick up children weighing between 30-40lbs
Ability to assist cheerfully

Responsibilities

Supervise preschool students
Support classroom teacher
Prepare materials for daily lessons
Assist with classroom management and strategies
Assist with behavior guidance and redirection
Oversee small groups within classroom
Perform administrative duties as needed
Provide general supervision of children in the classroom and on the playground
Establish positive rapport with parents
Assist and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the preschool classroom
