About The Position

At the Primrose School of Burlington, we have built something different. You teach alongside an equal partner, as every classroom has two co-teachers with shared ownership and voice. Each classroom has a dedicated support teacher who covers breaks, planning time, and days off, ensuring consistency for the children. Every Primrose teacher is paired with a dedicated education coach who acts as a thought partner, resource, and advocate, helping teachers grow and providing support. Planning time is protected and occurs at work, on the clock, within scheduled hours, so teachers do not need to take work home. All classroom materials, resources, and supplies are fully provided.

Requirements

Certified teacher with a Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) teacher certification.
Demonstrated experience in early childhood education, preschool or Pre-K level preferred.
Full-time availability.
