About The Position
At the Primrose School of Burlington, we have built something different. You teach alongside an equal partner, with two co-teachers in every classroom sharing ownership and decision-making. Each classroom has a dedicated support teacher who covers breaks, planning time, and days off, ensuring consistency for the children. Every teacher is paired with a dedicated education coach for daily support, acting as a thought partner, resource, and advocate for professional growth. Planning time is provided during work hours, and all classroom materials and supplies are fully provided by the school.
Requirements
- Certified teacher with a Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) teacher certification.
- Demonstrated experience in early childhood education.
- Full-time availability.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in preschool or Pre-K level education preferred.
Responsibilities
