About The Position

At the Primrose School of Burlington, we’ve built a teaching model designed for real support, real development, and long-term success in the classroom. This role is designed for graduating seniors entering the education field, early-career teachers building their foundation, and experienced teachers looking for a more structured, supportive environment. You are never teaching alone, as every classroom has two co-teachers who are equal partners with shared ownership, shared voice, and shared responsibility. From your first day, you are working alongside another professional. Each classroom also has a dedicated support teacher who knows your students and routines, covering breaks, planning time, and time off to ensure classroom consistency and teacher support. Every teacher is paired with a dedicated education coach for daily guidance, modeling, and real-time support, actively developing you as a teacher every day. If you are newly graduating or working toward EEC certification, we will guide you through the process and support your development in the classroom. Planning time is protected within scheduled hours, meaning you are not expected to take work home. All materials, curriculum, and supplies are fully provided, so you never pay for your classroom.

Requirements

Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) certification or willingness to obtain it with our support.
Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or graduating in May).
Full-time availability.
Willingness to become a strong, confident classroom teacher.
Openness to coaching, feedback, and continuous development.
Looking for a full-time role with real support.

Responsibilities

Co-teach in a classroom with shared ownership, voice, and responsibility.
Work alongside another professional teacher.
Receive support from a dedicated support teacher who covers breaks, planning time, and time off.
Receive daily guidance, modeling, and real-time support from an education coach.
Develop teaching skills while teaching, with guidance through EEC certification if needed.
Utilize protected planning time within scheduled hours.
Utilize provided materials, curriculum, and supplies.
