At the Primrose School of Burlington, we’ve built a teaching model designed for real support, real development, and long-term success in the classroom. This role is designed for graduating seniors entering the education field, early-career teachers building their foundation, and experienced teachers looking for a more structured, supportive environment. You are never teaching alone, as every classroom has two co-teachers who are equal partners with shared ownership, voice, and responsibility. From your first day, you are working alongside another professional. Each classroom also has a dedicated support teacher who covers breaks, planning time, and time off to ensure classroom consistency and teacher support. Every teacher is paired with a dedicated education coach for daily guidance, modeling, and real-time support, actively developing them as a teacher. For those newly graduating or working toward EEC certification, the school will guide them through the process and support their development in the classroom. Planning time is protected within scheduled hours, and teachers are not expected to take work home. All materials, curriculum, and supplies are fully provided.
