About The Position
High Point Christian School (HPCS) is seeking an enthusiastic, qualified, and creative Christian instructor committed to loving and teaching 3-year-old preschool students. The ideal candidate will prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians. HPCS offers a safe, caring, and Christ-centered environment for grades K-8, as well as 3K and 4K preschool programs. The school was founded in 1975 as a ministry of High Point Church and has expanded to include a second campus in Mount Horeb, operating as part of the Impact Christian Schools network.
Requirements
- Mature, sincere Christ follower.
- Associate college graduate.
- Certified or certifiable.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must have at least 6 credit hours of child development or early education classes.
Nice To Haves
- ACSI Certified Teacher
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood.
- State of Wisconsin certified Teacher
- Three to five years of classroom early education teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach preschool (3-year-old) students.
- Help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians.
