About The Position

Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team in our one-year-old classroom. As a teacher in our one-year-old classroom, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment. You will plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth. You will also handle the daily care and feeding of six children, foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and support each child’s individual needs while promoting group learning experiences. The goal is to maintain a classroom that reflects joy, exploration, and respect for every child.

Requirements

DCF 45 hours and preemployment classes required.
Previous experience working with toddler-aged children.
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
A genuine love for teaching and inspiring young learners.

Nice To Haves

CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.
