The Presales Solutions Director is a key member of Unum’s presales organization, partnering closely with Sales to drive new business and expansion opportunities through compelling, solution-focused demonstrations and technical expertise. This is a customer-facing, individual contributor presales role responsible for helping prospects and brokers understand how Unum’s digital solutions integrate into their HR, payroll, and benefits ecosystems. You will serve as the technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle, translating complex capabilities into clear business value for HR, HRIS, and broker audiences. This role sits at the intersection of sales, technology, and customer experience, playing a critical role in helping clients understand how Unum’s digital solutions can simplify complexity and deliver real business value.
