Join us as we build the future of cloud innovation. As a Presales Solution Architect at SnapSoft, you will be the technical bridge between our sales team, our delivery team and our clients. You'll leverage your deep understanding of Generative and Traditional AI, AWS and cloud technologies to design and present compelling solutions that address complex business challenges. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by translating client needs into innovative, scalable, and secure GenAI solutions on AWS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Presales Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
  • Strong technical background in GenAI.
  • Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Terraform and Terragrunt.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Application development experience
  • Experience with cloud migrations
  • AWS Professional or Specialty certifications.
  • Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze client needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Identify client pain points and objectives, and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop winning sales strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Respond to technical questions and address client concerns.
  • Scoping out customer requirements and turning it into statements of work.
  • Contribute to RFI/RFP responses.
  • Work with sales teams to create accurate cost estimates for proposed solutions.
  • Help to write proposals that clearly explain the value of the proposed solutions.
  • Design comprehensive and tailored AWS-based solutions that meet client requirements and delivery capabilities.
  • Create detailed architectural diagrams, documentation, and proposals.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with AWS best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, AI developments, and cloud technologies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of SnapSoft's service offerings.
  • Obtain and maintain relevant AWS certifications.
  • Meeting with clients mainly from the EU region.
  • Coming up with unique solutions or utilising existing ones.
