About The Position

This role involves representing the Crunch Fitness brand in the community during the pre-opening phase. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for greeting members and guests, introducing the brand, identifying and signing up new members, and participating in various marketing and community events. The position also requires maintaining cleanliness and organization, setting a positive tone, planning activities, giving club tours, and answering phone calls professionally.

Requirements

Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
Introduce the Crunch Fitness brand to the community in the months leading up to the gym’s grand opening
Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the pre-opening membership office and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics
Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in “street team” activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)
Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations
Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members
Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning
Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership
Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
