About The Position

Brookfield Academy - Troy, a Bright Horizons Montessori School, is seeking a Preprimary Montessori Teacher to create engaging learning experiences that help elementary-aged students reach their full potential. In this role, you'll create a student-centered learning environment that encourages independence, curiosity, problem-solving, and academic achievement. Through individualized instruction and meaningful relationships, you'll help students develop the confidence, skills, and love of learning that prepare them for long-term success.

Requirements

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a bachelor’s degree
• At least one year of professional teaching experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) is required
