Summary: The Prepress Technical Support Specialist serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for prepress applications, systems, and workflows. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of prepress technology environments, while supporting internal teams, offshore partners, and external stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in troubleshooting technical issues, managing workflow systems, supporting production readiness, and driving process standardization and efficiency.
