About The Position

They are looking for a hands-on, motivated Prep Team Lead to join their Dundas team. This role is for someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and takes pride in quality, organization, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen, prepared foods, or grocery experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset
• Food Handler Certification is an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily prep team operations
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, packaging, and merchandising
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are consistently followed
• Support training and coaching of team members
• Help manage production flow and prioritize tasks throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting guests on the floor
