Prepared Foods Assoc - Part Time Afternoons / Evenings
About The Position
The Prepared Foods Associate will provide prompt and courteous service to customers. Responsibilities include weighing, wrapping, coding, and pricing products accurately, and displaying products in cases according to company standards. The role also involves setting up and breaking down cases, stocking the freezer, checking for and removing out-of-date items, and rotating products. Additionally, the associate will prepare sandwiches/hoagies for the cold case, measure and mix ingredients following recipes, maintain knowledge of all products in the department, and cook, season, and/or bake foods as directed. Good housekeeping of work, display, and storage areas, including dishwashing, is also required. Candidates must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers
- Weigh, wrap, code and price products accurately
- Display product in cases as directed in the highest standards of presentation
- Set up and breakdown cases, stock freezer, check and remove out of date items, and rotate products according to company standards
- Make sandwiches/hoagies for cold case
- Measure and mix ingredients following recipes or using prepared mixes as directed
- Maintain knowledge of all products sold in the department
- Cook, season and/or bake foods as directed
- Maintain good housekeeping of work, display and storage areas, which also includes dishwashing
