About The Position
Prep Network operates over 100 websites dedicated to increasing the visibility and value of high school athletes across all levels. Our scouts generate content, player rankings, and event coverage throughout the year. Prep Network encompasses Prep Hoops, Prep Girls Hoops, Prep Redzone, Prep Dig, and Prep Lacrosse. Collectively, Prep Network websites feature more than 300 scouts nationwide, producing over 2,500 articles monthly on high school basketball, football, and volleyball. Additionally, Prep Network organizes more than 100 tournaments and showcases annually, attracting hundreds of teams and thousands of prospects nationwide.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to be a great teammate and perform any task needed
- Self-motivated and able to perform without direct supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficient with Google Apps (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs)

- Existing network with high school and college coaches in your community
Responsibilities
- Attend high school and club games and publish written and social media content
- Promote players at all levels of collegiate recruitment
- Work with other Prep Network contributors to maximize the value added to teams, players, and coaches in your state
- Network with coaches at all levels to grow the Prep Network brand
