About The Position

Prep Cook is an essential member of the team dedicated to providing fast exceptional quality food for our cooks to create a dining experience, helping our guests make the choice to return, time after time. Our cooks are responsible for breakfast and lunch. Cooking at the highest level following strict guidelines from Chef de Cuisine.

Requirements

The ability to work in a fast pace, high energy environment.
Must have current Health Card.
Ability to work flexible hours
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Previous experience not required we will train you.

Responsibilities

Adhere to strict SNHD food safety guidelines.
Prepare meats, sauces, eggs, and all items required by cooks to execute service while following recipes.
Perform kitchen duties as assigned by management.
Assist with stocking and organizing daily and weekly deliveries.
May need to assist in washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Uphold our highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Demonstrate strong teamwork and work ethic.
Other duties as assigned.
