About The Position

E&E Foods is launching a search for a Seasonal Prep Cook at our Coffee Point Support plant in Egegik, AK. This job requires an experienced prep cook that has experience working in a kitchen which provides 3 daily meals to approx. 40 people each meal. Finally, the successful candidate will be a team player with the ability to handle deadline driven environments.

Requirements

• 3 years’ recent prep cook experience.
• Must have Food Protection Manager certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must show availability to work in the USA
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to take direction and respond to feedback
• Able to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Must be able to stand, walk and work for 12+ hours, 7 days a week.

Nice To Haves

• camp/dorm style serving preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation.
• Assist with the preparations of to-go meals.
• Maintain safe and sanitary conditions at all times.
• Work with Head cook to track inventory
• Work with Head Cook to prepare and submit bi-weekly fly in produce orders.
• Clean and winterize galley at end of season.
