About The Position

Chesapeake's is looking for a Prep Cook to work at their West Knoxville location. This role involves preparing products for the restaurant and marketplace, maintaining accurate product temperatures, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment, and performing all food procedures correctly. The cook will also be responsible for ensuring kitchen equipment is functioning properly and assembling ingredients according to menu specifications.

Requirements

• Must be able to use a digital scale and thermometer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance)
• Position requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday
• Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes
