About The Position
Prep Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to recipes and procedures, complete prep work to stock and set up stations, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
