As an important member of the Wicked Weed Brewing team, the Prep Cook is responsible for opening the kitchen, putting out daily orders, ensuring daily prep, product rotation and food safety and quality standards are kept at all times.

Responsibilities
- Opening the kitchen
- Checking in and putting away daily orders
- Ensuring proper product rotation
- Ensuring any ordering or shipping errors are communicated to kitchen management
- Ensuring quality of product through all steps of receiving and preparation
- Writing daily prep lists and establishing appropriate prep par levels
- Responsible for completion of daily prep/mise en place; meeting quality standards
- Completing temp logs
- Upholding food safety standards at all times
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, including prep area and storage areas
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
