About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Prep/Cook to join our dietary team. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, and help deliver high-quality meals to our residents.

Requirements

• Ability to work early morning hours and rotating weekends
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in food preparation or culinary work preferred
• Knowledge of basic kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling practices

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking meals according to facility menus and dietary guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food prep areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with inventory management and proper storage of food items
• Support other kitchen staff as needed, including rotating weekend shifts
