About The Position
Responsible for assisting in preparing food and menu items in compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures. This role involves being an on-site problem solver, relying on instruction and pre-established guidelines. The Prep Cook will also assist with other assigned duties in the Kitchen during busy times.
