About The Position

We are extending our Team. Hours & Schedules currently open: (Shifts are approx with some flexibility) Seasonal or Long Term - Prep cook 1 full-time 2 pm-10 pm Tuesday - Saturday Seasonal or Long Term - Prep cook 1 full-time 2 pm -10 pm Sunday-Thursday Long Term - Prep cook, 1 part-time, 7 am - 5 pm, Friday - Monday Are you someone who brings confidence, curiosity, and a hunger to grow wherever you go? About the Role: We’re looking for Prep Cooks to support our busy operations. In this position, you’ll stock our Grab & Go section with well-prepared, high-quality meals and help prepare dishes for several airport restaurants. You’ll join a team dedicated to keeping food fresh, flavorful, and served quickly, delighting travelers and building something unique together. Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to use all forms of kitchen equipment

  • Must be able to pass an FBI background check
  • Experience or interest in prep cooking, line cooking, and kitchen operations within restaurant, food service, or hospitality environments
  • Backgrounds in food preparation, knife skills, portioning, kitchen organization, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards are highly relevant
  • Experience in fast-paced kitchens such as restaurants, cafés, QSR concepts, catering, or airport dining, as well as resort or seasonal environments like Big Sky
  • Experience as a prep cook, line cook, kitchen assistant, or back-of-house team member
