Food Preparation & Station Setup Prepare ingredients, including washing, chopping, portioning, and assembling recipe components. Set up and replenish workstations with tools, supplies, and prepared ingredients. During busy service hours, assist with plating, garnishing, and basic cooking tasks. Cleanliness & Safety Maintain a clean, organized kitchen by following food safety standards and proper handling procedures. Wash and store tools, sanitize surfaces, and handle trash removal. Support inventory organization and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Team Collaboration & Kitchen Support Work closely with line cooks and chefs to ensure smooth and timely food service. Receive and store deliveries, ensuring inventory rotation and quality standards. Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed to support efficient operations.
