About The Position

Conejo, a Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time and full-time prep cooks to join their kitchen team. Requirements

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
• Safe, competent knife skills
• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Mexican cooking a plus

Responsibilities

• Learning all recipes and prepping techniques
• Opening kitchen and completing prep list for next shift
• Adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
• Assisting with inventory management when needed
• Assisting with dishwashing when needed
