Requirements

Minimum of 1 year related food service experience preferred
Outstanding guest service skills
Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
Ability to do simple arithmetic
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Successfully pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times
Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
Ensures proper execution of recipe procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
Follows and completes production sheets
Keeps prepared food continuously flowing out of the kitchen
Keeps entire kitchen clean; stocks and sets up station
Breaks down and cleans station thoroughly every day
Follows proper procedures when noticing out of stock
Operates and maintains equipment properly
Maintains the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift
Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
Ensures proper rotation of all products and stocks product to par level
Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership
