Requirements
- Kitchen or prep experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Prep and portion ingredients following recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain a fresh, well-stocked produce bar
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and FIFO procedures
- Keep prep areas clean and organized
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods
