Joining the Brundage Back of House Team offers a fast-paced, fun and energetic work environment. Our culinary leadership team will train, educate and refresh the skills of all team members. Prep Cooks assist in food production for all outlets at Brundage including Smoky’s Bar & Grill, The Main Street Market and The Upper Lot Pub. Applicants should possess good organizational skills, the ability to follow a fast pace, and the ability to follow recipes.
