Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Willingness to learn and take direction

Responsibilities

  • Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
  • Prepare basic sauces, dressings, and other ingredients
  • Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes
  • Label, date, and store food items properly
  • Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Support cooks and chefs with additional tasks as needed
