About The Position

Prep Cooks are Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift. They prepare food according to recipes, complete assigned prep work, and help keep stations stocked and set up while following company safety and sanitation policies. The role contributes to a safe and welcoming environment and requires teamwork, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

• Properly execute all recipe procedures.
• Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
