The job involves preparing food items according to production schedules and recipes, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and serving customers efficiently and friendly. The position also requires operating and cleaning equipment, proper food storage, and completing necessary documentation. There may be periods of temporary layoff during academic breaks, but year-round work may be available.
