Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• One year minimum of experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel environment a plus
• Luxury hotel experience, a plus

Responsibilities

• Preparation of all cold items to include, but not limited, salads, dressings, garnishes, and the plating of deserts
• Maintain sanitation standards and culinary techniques to prepare food at the highest level, following kitchen standards
• Assist Cooks as needed in the execution of service
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment all while maintaining professionalism
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
