Esplanade at Azario Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Prep Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions.
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies.
- Assist in preparing and cooking menu items.
- Ensure all food products are properly prepared before cooking.
- Maintain proper food storage and holding temperatures in accordance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
