Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The role involves obtaining daily production schedules, preparing items according to recipes and quantities, completing production worksheets and waste logs, and ensuring food quality through tasting. The position also requires operating and cleaning equipment, storing and labeling food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines, and complying with health and sanitation regulations. Additionally, the Prep Cook will take customer orders, prepare short-preparation-time items, serve customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, complete orders from steam tables and grills, and resolve customer concerns.
