We are hiring immediately for a part time PREP COOK position. This role involves preparing food and serving customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position requires obtaining daily production schedules, preparing items according to established quantities and recipes, and completing production worksheets and waste logs. The cook will also operate and clean equipment, store and label food items according to policy, and follow HACCP guidelines. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, preparing items requiring short preparation time, serving customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, and completing orders from steam tables and the grill. The cook must use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control. Resolving customer concerns and performing other assigned duties are also part of the role.
