About The Position

Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is looking for top-notch prep cooks to join our craft 'ohana! This is a full-time or part-time position with a pay rate of $18-$19/hour plus tips. All kitchen team members receive a service fee (2% of all food sales) added to their paycheck, which can add an additional $1-$3 per hour.

Requirements

• Good time management and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
• Follows health & safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.)
• Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
• TB clearance is necessary upon being hired to work in the State of Hawaii.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn
• Learn and support other stations as needed
