Responsibilities

• Prep fresh ingredients and house-made sauces the right way, every time
• Portion, label, and stock products so the line stays ready
• Follow recipes, prep lists, and quality standards with consistency
• Keep your area clean, organized, and set for success
• Stay ahead on prep so the kitchen can move fast and smooth
• Flag product or kitchen issues to management before they become problems
• Help set the standard for a kitchen that runs sharp every day
