Requirements

• Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and components for menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in setting up and organizing the kitchen station for daily service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Support the culinary team in basic cooking tasks as needed
• Stock and replenish kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to meet service deadlines
