About The Position

Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following our recipes to prepare and portion menu items. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Requirements

• Experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., plates of lasagna).
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Must be a foodie to the core.
