About The Position

The Prep Cook helps bring our menu to life by preparing fresh ingredients, keeping kitchen stations stocked, and supporting smooth line execution. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in an active, fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in organization, consistency, and great food.

Requirements

  • 6+ months kitchen/prep experience (high-volume a plus)
  • Strong knife skills and recipe execution
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Team players with a passion for great food

Responsibilities

  • Chop, prep, and portion fresh ingredients
  • Support line cooks and keep stations stocked
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Stay active — this role keeps you on your feet!
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
