At True Food Kitchen, prep cooks are essential for consistently and efficiently preparing and portioning food products, beautifully plating and garnishing dishes, and ensuring food is ready to be served. The role involves accurately preparing and portioning food products prior to service, as well as performing other duties related to food and final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing cooked items. Due to the seasonal nature of many menu items, prep cooks will prepare a variety of recipes throughout the year. The company offers a professional work environment with opportunities for growth and a development program. AM/PM and Mid-day shifts are available, with options for part-time to 40 hours per week.
