About The Position

Our prep-cooks are responsible for preparing amazing and nourishing meals for our guests, ensuring the highest quality standards of food service, and providing the best culinary experience at all times. They collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on menu creation and review, food preparation, and ensuring meals adhere to established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and company policies. You will earn starting wages of $19.35 per hour, which includes $18.50/hr base pay plus Hero Pay of $0.85 per hour. Additionally, enjoy yearly wage increases and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- ServSafe certified.
- 2+ Years related kitchen experience.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
- Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations.
- Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times, ensuring excellence in quality, temperature, and appearance.
- Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly.
- Assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors.
- Promote a positive, healthy environment through kind words and encouragement.
