Responsibilities
- Prep ingredients according to Steel City Pizza Company recipes and standards.
- Label, store, and organize food properly so the kitchen is always set up for success.
- Keep your prep area clean, stocked, and efficient.
- Follow food safety procedures, minimize waste, and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.
- Take ownership of prep from start to finish — knowing your work makes everything else possible.
